1 on 1 Coaching

My goal is to help you succeed. With 1:1 Coaching, we will discuss your specific goals, your habits, your struggles, your physical limitations and experience. You will receive a personalized plan to execute, mostly with my supervision as I am your new accountability partner. You will have my undivided attention to ensure safety and that we stay on track both during and outside of the workout.

Both in-person & virtual sessions available, spots are limited.

Group Training

Group training is for those who like a little camaraderie in their workouts. With an attendance for approx. 6 people, you still get the safety and effectiveness of a personal workout session. If you struggle with consistency, these virtual and in-person classes will make you WANT to show up. There are classes for all experience levels: if you’re just starting out, we will do a required assessment and see where you fit in best. Join the fam.

Nutrition Coaching

It’s no secret that nutrition is one of the most important aspects of a healthy lifestyle. The thing is, “healthy” looks different for everyone, as it depends on your goals and eating preferences. Not to mention there has been so much nutritional BS circulating for years, so be prepared for some UNlearning while simultaneously implementing new techniques catered to you. If you’ve found yourself yo-yo dieting and struggling time after time, you need an experienced coach in your corner. We go over your lifestyle habits, your favorite foods, and areas to improve. The goal here is sustainable nutrition to enjoyably fuel you forward to your goals.
